Seat runners from rockers to runners?

Well I've got the rocking variety of seat adjustment in my nova at the minute and can get hold of a set of sr standard runners, are there any modifications I have to do to fit them or is it a straight swap?

Streight in fella, I went from pov seats to GTE ones!

Just drop the tube into it, and there are 2 lugs on the front that use the 2 front bolts only!

the 'rocking' ones are poop, i never found a nice postion in them lol. had to have it close for my small legs and the seat was tipped back and anything in my pockets would fall out =/

So the runners are interchangeable without mods then :)

I'm a short ass so poverty seats are okay but too low lol
