bit of welding bit of hammering a bit of blood, biit of cutting, bit of custom mounts different driveshafts, upgrade the brakes if not done, custom exhaust system or modifying one. bit of rewiring. deffo not a slap bang job

the only things really to do are beat in the chassis leg on the drivers side to get clearance off the alternater pulley, cut down one of the pipes off of the heater matrix and bend/cut the pipe that leads the clutch cable into the engine bay

Yeah by the time you buy mounts/shafts. Wiring isnt that hard either. Ive found vectra/omega v6 brakes the best brakes to run on a budget as well. I would (and did) seam weld the engine bay too

will those brakes bolt strait on or do they need modding?
i was thinking of buying a non m.o.t calibra and just using every thing off of that.

Brakes just need a spiggot rings to hold them central, otherwise they are straight swop

just bear in mind all you can use off the calibra is engine, box and loom, mounts are different, as are shafts.

Have a look in the articles section, Lee wrote a guide to fitting the 2.0 16v (http://www.pngclub.com/forum/showthread.php?t=86668) which will give you a good overview of whats involved and parts required etc.

I have a set of spare ATE brake calipers for sale, have pads in them but not sure what they are. Just need discs (256x25mm) and you're away.
