the head to rad is that the gsi or the smaller diameter one? on your thread on mig you said that the gsi was a bit of a loose fit! ima hit up my local opel dealer tomoro for those!

tbh I can't remember mate. I think its the smaller non gsi one.

I may even have that one pictured somewhere that is unused but cut to suit the rad positioned in the centre. See if you can get a new one first for that money.

Best one to use in my opinion is a Halfords emergency coolant hose, ideal for the top rad hose on an XE / LET, the hose is wire rung so you can pretty much bend it any way you want without it kinking.
I've ran them on XE's and LET's before without any probs, pretty sure there under a tenner as well ?

All very true Rich but imo doesn't look factory.

which one of these is the right width?
my local halfrauds is 100 miles away!
nls from opel :(

edit: for some reason that link doesnt wana work for me. if it doesnt work for you the pipes are
ID 25mm/32mm/35mm/38mm

dumb question how do you measure ID, is it from the outside of the pipe or the inner diameter? i take it inner?

The Simps

ID - Internal Diameter

If you hold fire mate I'll have a look up the shed at the weekend as I'm sure I've got one.

Got the hose here mate. Its been cut down for a rad centralling positioned - don't know if yours is? No use to me now so you can have it for £10 posted if you want it.
