you get my pm dude ?
if heads had mega amounts took off, could be a chance the valves has touched the pistons and may be slightly bent now, especially if over revved it!
sounds like valve damage to me, but be suprised all of them have poor compression. how did you do the compression test?
If it was low on all four it wouldnt run!
Are they all the same readings?...
cambelt probably slipped, but like Paul said, it would only probably damage 2 cylinders...

i cant find the bit of paper that wrote the readings on, but they were all about 1-3 bar, dropped a teaspoon of oil down each cylinder & done test again, with no vast improvment, i will have to find the bit of paper. Ive checked the timing & it's all fine.
the engine start's & run's just misfiring badly & struggles to tick over rev's go up & down like it's going to stall then pick up.
there's no smoke from exhaust
get the belt cover off and check your timing, then whip your head off if the timings ok.
Did you have W.O.T. when you done the test?

Humm they only time ran like that was when i bent most the exhaust valves, so lets hope it's not that.
