picked this up at the weekend its got 6months tax and test. its a 1.3sr looks to have origonal pannels and not been welded.

needs rear arches sorted/slam pannel welded/1 wing other than that it drives great:thumb:

kev is it a white dtm calibra?
just that i got offered said car a while back (6 months) for around the that price from what I remember. car was in fairly good nick but it had a very dodgy history, had been owned by at least 2 drug dealers n the police knew of the car. was thinking about buying it then breaking but bought a crosser instead in the end.

dtms were available with 2.0, turbo, or v6, i know a bloke in rochdale that bought a turbo dtm new

might be wrong with v6 but 2.0 n/a and turbo were definatly made

the old boy that had that one was a regional organiser for lancashire region of vpcc called mike back around 2000, went over to a meet there once and he took us over the tops in it and boy could he drive made me want a turbo after that had to wait a few years though.

dtms came with xe and let I know for sure. possibly V6's. turbos were really rare, only 23 made from what I remember, correct me if I'm wrong. thats why it was such a shame this car had fallen into bad hands. I believe it was basically going from owner to owner to settle debt.

got the DTM specs here in pdf. came with a 2.5 v6 (3.2 was german only), Eco 2.0L and the turbo

there used to be a turbo dtm in the village before malton on the wet wang road spud used to be parked at the pub there all the time used to see it regularly when i went to my dads

theres a mint black DTM not far from where i live not sure whats under the bonnet though at a guess i would say v6

Hmm, I was under the impression the 2.6 and 3.2 replaced the 2.5 and 3.0 in about 2003 - way later than production end of the DonorBarge, erm I mean Calibra

75' is quite an odd angle for a GM engine, as far as I'm aware they were mostly 60', some 54' and the LX5 which was 90'

From the spec of the 3.2 I'd say they were talking about this type of DTM Calibra though.:thumb:
