i payed the ten pound membership fee, but without realising my brother was already logged in as he is already a member, i also didnt fill out my contact details until after this happend , i have emailed nova load and no 1 ha sbotherd to get in touch,have i simply wasted ten pound or can this be rectified

You're obviously as good at sending emails as you are at joining websites, as we have not had any emails regarding this, so it has nothing to do with how 'bothered' we are at all.

And stop text typing or your tenner WILL have been wasted.
