my car has started running really lumpy lately

what usually happens is it starts fine then i drive off and it loses all power then picks back up fopr a second ten loses it

it kangaroos up the road lol, it clears after a couple minutes but comes back again

ive orderd a new dizzy rotar arm plugs and leads

only the dizzy and rotar arm have arrived so replaced them but it didnt really make much of a difference

when i took the leads out the ol dizzy the wee blueish on the tips,

like i said im still awaiting my leads and plugs

just looking fo some info while i wait on parts

has ditch finder tyres on it lol

Get some carb cleaner on the go. You might need to try both the pour-in Redex type, and the spray-in Wynnes type.

Are you using the standard air filter setup?

changed the plugs, leads and cap

the rotar arm i recieved isnt the right one so cant change that at the moment

the car started but still runs very lumpy

i have the leads in this order round the cap 1342 anti cockwise

how do i know which one to start the leads on?

how do i set my engine to TDC where are the timing marks?
