The joints seem to be coming from inside the boiler and more than one place. we have been having problems for months with it but my dad kept saying it wasnt leaking from it and kept finding small leaks elsewhere and thought he had cured it. obviously i have now just found the real leaks.
There were two valves on it which i think stop the water and also a tap nearby which i turned off. im not sure if theres anything else i need to turn off as when i tried fixing the rad pipe water was still there. I would of been confident enough in fixing that problem but the boiler has just fcuked things up. Suppose il have to wait till mydads phone is on and he can do me a step by step guide Lol, no idea how many days il have to wait for that though lol
Aye. You will have sh1t pressure/flow until the leaky joints are taken care of.
Sounds like it has sh!t itself lol. What kind of Combi is it? Will text my mate and see what he says if you like dude.
Unlucky, plumbers are ment to be really busy at the mo too.

Yeah I was typing my initial reply as you typed your second.
It's just like a car. Read its stickers/badges and it will tell you what make and model it is lol. I'm guessing it's a Baxi.

It says Alpha CB28 whatever that is lol probably the equivilant to an old skoda
lolMaybe the diverter valve seal. Bust it open and find the leak IMO.
Seems common from reading a little on that model.

il speak to my dad first. he has a plumber mate so il probably have to ring him if my dad cant help me over the phone. il update you all whenever that maybe lol
unlucky mate sounds like somethings burst in the boiler its self. I dont supose you turned the boiler off before turning the service valves off. As its a pressurised system sounds like something inside the boiler is to fault tbh. Im no plumber but sounds like something like that.
gutted leg! the water keeps pissing out because of the residual capacity of the system. when a leak occurs it will drain the system of any water at a higher point than where your leak has sprung. just stick a bucket (or bin) under wherever its leaking and wait to get hold of ya dad. as for your nova heaters get em fixed lad!! mine took me 16month but we got there when I pulled my finger out haha. got a spare potentiometer at home which'l make them work long as the matrix is alright. give us a shout if ya want it, think I'v got a few spare. good luck!

The boiler is more than likely knackered. like i said, we have been having problems for ages with it, it has been leaking a little bit each day, i think i have just made that little leak a little more extreme Lol.
Il just have to manage lol

there was already an empty bin there. a few mm of water has been going into it for months, because of my antics this morning, it is now already a fifth full lol
all i need for the nova heater is a to wire it back up. i blew the fuse years ago and i needed to get a horn working the mot so tapped into the wiring to my heater. il just rewire it, will take 2 mins.
ps. do you have any plumber mates? lol
Later in the L33 household...
