What else is needed to put a C20XE into a 1.2 8v, G reg Nova, apart from the obvious conversion bits.

complete efi tank & pump assy, stitch welded engine bay, chassis leg mod, new suspension, bigger brakes, and the obvious conversion bits, which are mounts, pipes, shafts, plus a decent electrics bloke

please get looking in the project threads & the how to guides... the chassis leg mod is well documented

put simply, an xe takes a little bit more work than just getting it thrown in.

The cutting of the chassis to make room for the alternator is the 'chassis leg mod'?

we are not trying to make out that you are.... but nearly every other day, a newbie comes on here asks us how to sort out one cos their mate has chucked one in & it doesn't work, so admin started putting together the how to guides etc. getting the chassis sorted out is most of the battle with an xe conversion.
