My Speedline Alessio's rubbed the inner arch but never once caught the outer arch lip

But they did catch on the front wing lips so I folded them flat where they rubbed :)

thats the problem.. how much will it cost to get the arches rolled proper? i mean if i do it then ill end up craking and flaking the paint from the arches?

How much are they catching by though ? You might get away with grinding a wee bit off just enough so that they clear then touch it back up with the bodycolour or some Underseal or Waxoyl...

Probably about £100 for all 4 to be rolled professionally. http://www.archenemy.co.uk/index.htm

Mine rubbed loads on the drivers side and then a fair bit passenger side once lowered. It's just luck whether they rub or not I reckon esp. given the reputed +-5mm tolerances on the beam.

Mine have never caught the front arches though, loads of space.

It depends what day of the week your nova was made. mine was made on a wednesday, totally different to a tuesday one. :thumb:

You'll need to remove the dust caps on the rear drums and grind the end of the drive shaft on the front - do it with the castle nut in place then when you remove it will clean the threads up. No need for spacers - it'll make you arch problems even worse otherwise.
