one question, why?

mr smith calls at 6 pm and says, "hi mate, ive seen your bmw on ebay and its very nice blah blah blah. tell me about it."

a 15 min convo about the car, where i live, and price etc ensues, with mr smith saying, "ill be there for 9 mate, im only 2 hrs away."
so i come home, make sure the car is ok, de ice it etc etc and check the tyre pressures. i move around some stuff, and wait for mr smith. 9pm comes and goes, as does 10pm. at this point i text the guy asking if he is ok, due to the weather blah blah blah. and where he's coming from. i get a reply saying "birmingham". ok i thinks, he's driving. i text mr smith again at 10:40 asking if he's ok and where he is. no reply. i'd understand if the guy text and said i aint coming cos of the weather, but he hasn't. ggggggggggggr!!
