if your asking a seller on ebay.de if they will post to england i allways find if yuo write in english and german you are more likely to get a reply.

Some will take it, other what "western transfer" and such. No major pain really.

yep no paypal, you have to do IBAN (bank transfer).

you have to go into your bank to do this and it cost a tenner.
