well soon i'm changing a clutch on a 1.1 pug 106 for a friend of a friend.
they are supplying me with the clutch and i have everything else.
i know i need to take the box off ect.
but how much do you guys think it will take? and how much do you think i should charge?

Dont know if thats any good tbh.

It was done on my drive tho and didnt take him that long iirc???

when i was doing foreigners i used to charge a ton depending on the conditions of work etc wether i was doing it at my old work or on some ones driveway. if the jobs gonna be a bugger dont wana cut yourself short :thumb:

havnt got a clue how long it'll take:(. id say about 2-5 hours lol

I did one for the GF's 106 a few years back.... getting it all off was fairly straight forward, but refitting was a total bitch.

Call it a whole saturdays effort starting at 10.

erm well tbh i think they want it done asap:(. which means cold and ill have to do it at my dads in i dare say it (essex)lol

Ive done a few of them, they're a ball ache if you attempt it on the floor, and its funny how a P reg 106 the ball joints and shafts will come out a treat and yet an 02 plate one theyre a pain, I'd say if your attempting it on the floor in the cold you'll be looking at 3-4 hours.

yep i am attempting it on the floor. and i am going to do it! i wont be defeatedlol
