why bother opening ANOTHER thread though??

To actually get it sorted, you need to do it yourself and not rely on people on here slagging him off etc...

It didnt work before and it peobably wont work now.

Just go to his house! He may live 10 hours away, but at least you will get it sorted!

Does he actually still have the ps3? could somebody who lives close not just go and then deliver it to you? if i was a bit closer or was going that way i would happily go out my way to get it sorted.

I take it the excuse is still not having enough time to post?

im only in st.helens so literaly 10/15 mins away
he has been to mine before and was a sound lad,seems a little wierd he hasnt posted out in so long.
like i say if you want my mobile No, to pass onto him so that he can phone me to arange go and pick it up,id happily send it to you?????

Threads were locked/deleted as people were jumping on the bandwagon.

VXAndy actually left the forum and requested that his username be deleted...he got fed up with people on here.

small claims court. He will then stump up the cash (or have to travel 10hrs to your area to attend court, or face default and get a reaming)

WE (read that as PNG admin/mods) cant do anything to help.. as in the trader ruels etc etc we arent ebay, we cant/wont track dodgyness down once its occured etc. We can help prevent it from happening if given notice and thats about it. buyer beware and all that.
