Manifolds

Right im going to be fitting an e16se to my mk1 and would like to know if a 1.2 spi exhaust manifold and exhaust system will fit my mk1

i know the back box will looks ****e but its only to get be on the road for the minute.

The question im asking is will the 1.2 manifold fit onto the e16se? and work?

Yes. But proper restrictive though!!

Im running a 1200 exhaust manifold on mine bud, just clears the sump. But yeah its super restrictive need to cut and modify the 1200 system to take the GTE manifold and downpipe.

Could do on gsi Jimbo's but mines a loon, suppose could use GTE middle section.

It will work bud just run the pre-cat front pipe and mid section on the manifold should free up the system a little then.

well my mates got a gsi hes putting into his 1.2 so im not sure atm if hes using the gsi exhaust or the 1.2 fingers crossed he will use the 1.2 and i can rob the full gsi system :)
