how?:thumb:
Lock off selector at rear with 7mm allen key, slacken 13mm pinch bolt, get mate to hold stick pointer to surround pointer, re-tighten 13mm pinch bolt and remove allen key, job done.

Haynes manual. Buy one.
ok thanks for the advice, take its its that time off the month:thumb:
i would take note of what AW06 said as no offence but you clearly have no idea what you are doing with cars so a haynes manual will be an excellent investment for you.

i also learned from the haynes manual and the whole time i had a nova i never had to ask any questions as it was all covered in the haynes.
if you had a haynes it would show you. john has tried to explain it but being as your not mechanical minded the pictures in the haynes will help you more
bring it round mine, i'll check the gear linkage alignment for £20 lol
