they'll be the ones that the guides take you to, cos the traders have already loaded the prices by 400% just for you...........
and to be honest, just how many rugs and trinkets do you need???
djbrowney... you 2 are in the best possible position to get a fantastic holiday deal...
you just get up the travel agents & have a good poke about in the brochures.. then get a last minute deal for the week you want to go.
obviously the med is a great choice as the people are pretty friendly & the weather is ace. south of france is good, as is spain, and the flights are short. the greeks & crete have a fantastically slow pace of life, but the flights are 4hrs...
italy is a bit odd, they make you wear speedos & swimming hats in the pool
just find a place that looks about right & go there

I would say Australlia, but a week is probably not long enough, as it takes ages to get there.
my mates mum is a massive fan of greece, said its awsome
