Will the bolt on K&N from my single choke 1.2st 1e carb fit the twin choke 2e3 carb?

the bottom plate will need a bit of cut & drill to make it fit.

but a bit of old heater duct from a scrapper can be made to aim some warm air at it.

OK so the filter won't fit without some modding.

I've had a K&N on my 1.2 1e carb for 4 years with no heater piper. Never has it iced up and has always started no problem from cold.

Anyone got pics of an engine with a 2e3 fitted? Would like to see what the original filter is like and what the stud pattern is.

Cheers Mowgli, just had a look. Would the 2e3 fit the inlet manifold or would it need modding of some sort?
