FMIC Pic Request.

Hi there all,

Trying to work out how i'm going to mount my intercooler.

What i'm after is pics of Novas with a MK1 front bumper and a front mounted intercooler.

Unsure on how this would look...good or ****?

There's more room behind a mk1 sr/gte bumper than a mk2 imo.

Simps - Absolutely perfect. Gives me a rough idea. The only real difference will be part, maybe 60% of the intercooler will be showing. What intercooler is being used there?

Hows your Nova coming along....you stopped over the festive period. Had a quick squint at your WIP. Very impressed with what your doing....what made you come up and go ahead with the rear wheel drive idea?

I think it was one shaun just got off ebay, no idea on brand. Best to PM Nick on dimensions.

Nova is slow, as expected. Got friends staying for the 2wk xmas period so no real opportunity for car time sadly. Having owned several rwd cars I know how much more fun they are and I just wanted to do something a little different. I enjoy just having something to tinker and problem solve.

As expected the majority of the cooler will be showing below the bumper. Didnt want the majority of the coolers surface area being covered up -obviously.

Cheers for the pics guys....I'll get pics up soon. Hopefully help anyone else in a similar situation.

the one 1 posted is from a BMW 535D (E64).

he only removed the underside of the bumper.

there proven to work with 310hp aswell (german guy running Vmax evo310 with this cooler)
