Does any body know this part goes in the engine pls? Its compared to a spark plug.

i rekon it goes onto the throttle cable spring, its just a cover to stop most of it corroding..?

I will try and get a better picture of it tomorrow. It’s smaller than a dowel. I think its something with the throttle body but i don’t know which part.
