So this is christmas......an what have you done........
Went out shopping.....an bought socks for your mum....
Another car firm gone under....but no more have begun...
And so this is Christmas....Rover MG had a good run...
Racing Green Rover's...driven by old & young...

A very merry Christmas....though the British cars firms are nearly gone
This once epic country.....is slowly turning into a slum....

And so this is Christmas... everyone sing a long....
The channel tunnel.....its dark & so long...
But all these illegal immigrants......hide inside oil drums....
They come here for work......even thought we have none.....

And a very merry christmas........VAT rise is still to come.....
This once epic country.....is now just hum drum...

And so this is Christmas...scrappage scheme's been & gone...
Another year over......plenty more to come...
And so happy Christmas......our boys fighting in lands far away...
