driving to work this morning in my 1.2 nova. standard engine etc.... and it just cut out all of a sudden then wouldnt start backup. it tried to turn over but just wouldnt. not sure if i may of flooded the engine? i did have the chokeout slightly. any help ?

does it turn over? or is it just dead?

no the ignition come on and it really tries to turn over but doesnt quite

damp earth.check the earthy down on the chassis leg, passenger side. take it off, give it a clean and try again.

but there's a bit of life? sounds like the battery's flat, shouldnt have gone flat while drving, could be a faulty alternator

had a new alternator few months ago so not sure.... thanks for the suggestions il have to try them later on!

none of the above have helped! ive tried bumping it and jump leads but it still wont turn over:cry:

found the issue... it was the ingnition module
