The young star is best known for her roles in the films Clueless, 8 mile,Sin City and many other popular films. The actress died in her husband Simon Monjacks home, Sunday morning.
According to TMZ, a 911 call was made from the home of Simon Monjack, Murphys husband and screenwriter. Murphy had gone into cardiac arrest, and could not be revived.
Murphy has also appeared in the cult favorite, , and in the romantic comedy Just Married. Murphy was also the voice of Luanne in King of the Hill.
Her passing was early, and unexpected.
