We actually have some pretty good snow this year and i for one am gobsmacked, was at my sisters in the town/village up the road last night and we had flakes the size of golfballs falling, twas very christmassy and we were terribly drunk which was cool, anyways its snowing again now and i thought id get some snowy pics and ask others to share please....

As you can clearly tell i love snow so much, im like a little kiddy in it so show us yours haha....

Theyre both my dads, the Jizz is the daily and the overturned silver cross pram is actually a 2cv which he has had about six years and has never run once, its never been under a cover and the roof doesnt fit properly so its gonna be rotten to death and heading for the scrappers soon (i hope)

Umm not so true, it has been proved that it alters it's self over the years etc, as in the warm flow can alter in it's depth, so in doing so lowers/raises the temperature of the uk's land mass, and i know that in Ayrshire Scotland they normally dont see snow as the gulf stream runs right past them.

We had a bit this morning, but due to it being about 0'c all day its not melted. And now its all iced over!

The small estate where I live is like a serious ice rink. To get the Celica out today I had to park the nova out front - came back this evening and there's two large skid marks which stop about a metre from broadsiding the back end lol

Also found my sister had nicked a space in the driveway, so had to move hers out the way before I could move the Celica into the garage (did consider leaving it parked out on the side of the road but surrounded by snow and ice.... i think not). The golf was struggling for grip but the Celica had no problems driving over ice that even I could barely walk on.

I hart 4WD. Oh yeah, did an epic 4WD drift onto my parents road earlier, right in front of some 5 year old kid. I felt soooo cool. lol

That's how it was up here as well, the roads are now clear but most other places are like that, back roads etc my it took me about 20 minutes to get out of my back street and in the end the only way I got out was due to a mate pushing me.

TC is horrible, went to pick up a lexus is200 diesel today, we do the safety checks on a local companies fleet cars, and thought mint this will be a giggle, little touch on the throttle, get it to twitch sideways and stuffs, nope!

Not a sausage, couldnt even set off as tickover wasnt quite enough to make it move so a little dab of pedal and the TC kicked it and sapped all the power, how the feck am i sposed to move this pissin thing then, oh yes thats it SLOWLY, grrr, no fun and got annoyed too, so i went for a play in a twingo loan car and the parts van instead, trafic's do sideways 'assisted' turns nicely lol

I heart being out in the sticks. I just dropped the mrs off at work, and we live down a mile of country road, followed by half a mile of drive. I managed to do the whole lot with the handbrake clicked on. bearing in mind there are 3 90 degree bends and a few hills, I was pretty impressed with the focus. To finish with a touch of irony though, it took 3 attempts to get onto our driveway as its formed that 'super' ice which has absolute zero grip lol

I was snowed in at my gf's village sunday by a whole half inch of frozen snow lol it was more the road that was the problem being hilly and twisty.

Today I haz mostly been drifting 3.5tn fwd 120bhp citroen relay fridge vans :D and the Leon and the bosses car had a little slide. I did travel about 10 -12ft my heel across the showroom carpark only to carry on walking as if it hadn't happened - unlike one of the girls at work who slid from a shop exit, across the pavement and into the middle of the road, on her ass - I didn't laugh too hard, honest

I got a drink at 12 midnight, it was -1. Some point from then on it rained. Then it refroze.

Walked out on to my drive and it was a sheet of ice.. Slide from the drive to the road and its the same. An inch of hard ice on top of the road surface.

Back my van out.. sliding till the kerb stopped me. Down the hill having to weave in and out of the cars parked both sides of my road (funking retards in my road) 2 trys to get up the small hill the other side.. Then on to the next road that's up hill. 3rd gear, 3k... Sat with the wheels spinning and not moving bar side to side. Paper boy fell over 3times walked down the road...

My 5min drive took me 20 mins this morning. Was like driving in/on a ice rink. Watched a tipper truck with 6wheels each side spins the wheels trying to pull away then lock all the wheels up trying to so down and stop on the road out side work.

Well as most of the country already had theres before Christmas they wont be bothered they have some again today, but i was amazed, it's snowed all day at work, and is snowing like mad right now here out side my house!

We hardly ever get it here at all as were in a Vally.

So here's work at 11.00 am (in Redditch Worcestershire) we cleared the drive off as the vans couldn't get in and out etc..
