aftermarket cd into corsa b

i know not nova just quick question, i swopped my cd player from nova to corsa and its not getting a perm live to it ie going back to the start of cd when turned on, its got 3 block type things in a row and ive plugged my cd player into the last two is this right? or do i need to swop wires around or get a converter cable or both

As I said, swap the yellow and red around

I think that maybe the black should connect to yellow and then short out the green and blue. It will work a treat!


IIRC Blue is the amp remote, and green is the earth to the car shell?

Ignore what he said^ If its got the standard plug on it no addaptor change over the perm live/ign live. If its got an adaptor change it over on that.

You wont get the top display thing working and its the bottom two, the smaller ones that are used. Top one is the dash display thing.

right perm live fixed but can i get the pod above cd player to show what track im playing the corsa has a 3block connector cd player has 2block

If you buy a very expensive connectory thing then yes but i wouldnt bother tbf!

You wont get it to work as spud said. Most radios dont out-put the right stuff anyway.

Live without it or find a vauxhall radio.
