Orange are awful,

I have a HTC HD and everytime i have any problems orange are NO Help at all.

The stupid people in the shop would not help me and said there is no problem so i told them i want a replacment and waited in shop until they agreed :)

Why do you need to be on the same network as someone else? There's so many cheap contracts with shedloads of free minutes, the days of cheaper calls to same network numbers are long gone.

I've never really had problems with orange or O2 on contract, but both didn't give a shoite about pay & go customers. 3 were toss on contract though.

I'm with orange PAYG and I have no problems what so ever, I've been with them for at least 5 years.

i was using my 1000mins with vodaphone and with orange you get the magic number so you can call for upto 3 hours a day with out it affecting your mins or costing anything, plus im a tight northerner and orange wednesday appealed to me lol

also work stoped doing mobiles so i lost my tax benefits so had to take a phone my self anyway just seemed the right option at the time

spoke to them again today and the mast will be down till tuesday :(
