is there a a way of doing a mot check online ? i have new keepers slip and thats all im planning on driving it tomorrow but dont know if i have mot on it

The vehicle registration mark from the number plate got
And EITHER

The MOT test number from the VT20 MOT Test Certificate (http://www.motinfo.gov.uk/html/mot_computerisation.html) or VT30 Refusal of an MOT Certificate Not Got
(http://www.motinfo.gov.uk/html/refusal_of_an_mot_test_certifi.html)
OR
The document reference number from the V5C Registration Certificate (http://www.motinfo.gov.uk/html/v5c_registration_certificate.html) issued by the DVLA (www.dvla.gov.uk (http://www.dvla.gov.uk/).) Not Got (http://www.motinfo.gov.uk/html/refusal_of_an_mot_test_certifi.html)

No can do then chap. Could try ringing the DVLA I guess?

Surprised the new keeper supplement doesn't have the V5c number on it though.

i did have the ref number but it had a extra number on front

I was gonna say Green slip has the num on it lol
