last night i was kindly attacked by a group of yobs :( havent slept all night due to the major head ache iv got not to mention the egg on the back of it and a very stiff jaw lol.

was just thinking is it worth going to the hospital for a check over or am i just wasting mine and thier time? dont want to go and wait round for hours to be told to "go home take paraetamol and rest" :confused:

If you start feeling dizzy, blurry eyesight and sickly you may have a concussion. May advice if you have any of the mentioned go to the hospital. Also make sure someone is in the house with you just in case you collapse. :thumb:

i did have that last night but now i just seem to have a majorly bad head ache and a super stiff jaw iv tried eating but its not happening :(

Just go get yourself checked out, even if they tell you just to rest and take paracetamol at least you can go home and rest properly (piece of mind), also you can get a sick note for work.

I broke my nose, cheekbone, eye socket, basically my face, went to hospital and went straight to the front of A&E, bare in mind this was a sunday morning, they take head injuries very seriously....

I assume you have reported it to the police (even if they will do feck all about it, its to screw their figures up)

Probably better to call your local GP and get an emergency appointment, they will then tell you to either go home or A&E (perhaps with a letter to skip the queues). Atleast they can give you some stronger pain killers if need be too.

head injuries are taken seriously and if you have any sort of pain then you should go see them.

I would also tell the police as its not right they should be able to do that to you. If not...get better then turn vigilante!

thanks guys ill ring my local gp as its only round the corner and the hospitals miles away and the novas off the road at the moment :( wish it wasnt or i wouldnt be taking beatings using public transport lol

this has happend to me whilst i was sat in some traffic in my nova, had the window down and this lad just comes up to the drivers door and starts giving it all that saying my nova was soon to be his blah blah blah... he got one punch through the window and then the traffic lights went to green so i left them.

there are some ****s out there, hope you get better soon mate and dont worry about what they will say to you like soutie said, go just for piece of mind! get well soon dude :thumb:

and tim atleast they didnt take your nova lol i had 4 lads pull infront of me a while ago in my corsa gsi xe and all 4 jumped out and tried to take my car off me luckily i managed to get it in reverse quick enough and drive to the local police station before they stopped following me !!

Unless you're lying on the floor dribbling there isn't really anything they can do but you should go... in case you do lay down and start dribbling and get taken in they know what's happened.

I've been in twice for knocks to the head (lol ) and get dizziness every few weeks for a few mins. There's always a price to pay if you take a ****ting to the noggin.

as earlier stated, head and neck injuries are treated very seriously indeed

then get down to your local cop hole and report the incident, you never know, you could be one of many victims dude

thanks guys well iv booked myself in at my local gp for half 5 tonight, think its for the best any sudden movements or if i stand up quick i get a boomin headache lol and ill ive managed to eat is ice cream as iv bitten half the insde of my mouth away :(

concussion fractured cheek bone and cream to stop whats left of the inside of my mouth getting infected, my mum made my favourite tea before sausage peas chips and gravy and i was crying trying to eat it lol (not actuall crying by the way)
