they are ALL IMPORTS, even the UK spec Ralliart cars are imports except they were imported by ralliart UK and had a few things changed fog, switches etc

what nonsense and completely wrong, thats a really stupid thing to say! where the car is built or originates from has nothing to do wether its an import or not, its either supplied for the market or not, evos werent originally made for uk market

bmw is german yes! but bmw's are supplied to our uk market, so are not imports what so ever

Evos were only built/manufactured for the japanese market also known as JDM, then they would be shipped here hence imports

my log books says 6 owners after first registration in 2001, the car is a 1999 and i have no record of who, what or how many anything when it was in japan

any car that is not specifically manufactured for the uk market would be classes as an import

eg

honda integra DC5 import only, honda was scared it would ruin Civic type R sales
original renault twingo LHD only
dacia/renault logans built in romania
most lancias from italy
