Had about 6-8 inches here. Was fun driving from high wycombe to slough, to work. The snow plough came in useful today! Now lets see how many people we get in with bent rims/lower arms/ side wall damage. So far we've only had one, polo with one wheel pushed right back into the arch. Apparantly he was only doing 5mph.

This thread is useless without pics, I will upload some when I get home.

I couldn't manage the two banks near mine after I went for a play last night at about midnight. The gritters hadn't been out then lol.

Need to swap the rear wheels back to the standard 13" baloons then I will have a smaller foot print and not have to worry about crabbing towards the curbs! lol
Seen a few kids in Corsas etc spinning out on roundabouts when I went shopping last night. lol

I am very jealous mr B, btw no outstanding recalls, had its two injection computer reprogs, and its a normal type flywheel bud (burgo will understand what i mean for all those who dont) :p

burgo
18-12-09, 09:10 PM
thankies bud. it was dropped off today and is very odd. its stiff as fook to get into gear but it does go, then you come up on the clutch and it starts to move then makes a horrible rattly noise. shall investigate more tomorrow :)

loads of room under the bonnet of that alfa lolthere is but they use head studs instead of bolts!!! which means undoing engine mounts to tilt the engine back and forth to get the fookers off

We have had about 4 inches here. Gridlock in Ipswich town centre because its basically in a bowl so to get home you have to go up a hill no matter what direction you turn. Luckily I live in the town centre. Martin dropped me off home and then spent 40 minutes trying to get up various hills before turning back and sleeping at mine lol
