how do i fit them using mk1 or mk2 clips and sam with bumper bar on front could some1 explain exactly please...

you should leave the mk1 bumpers, far nicer! If the car is good you could swap it for my 1993 mk2 where the bumpers have even been colour coded!

need new headlights wings and grille and then everything mk2 :)

one or the other. i put mk2 bumpers on my mk1 when i 1st got it and didnt understand.
wish i hadnt now tho

You should leave it mk1 but,

to fit it you will need to use the mk2 crossmember on the back of the bumper, you could keep your mk1 grille lights and wings but the bumper would be a dodgy fit unless you messed around with it.

if you change the whole front end to a mk2 you would need:

Wings
Headlights and indicators
grille
bumper

i cant hav mk1 bumpers on my car as its a rally car and the regs say mk2 bumpers only dont want to do mk2 grill wings and all because ive spent enough money as it is ... im not worried about it not lookin 100% ...

Where did you get that information from. Also if your not changing the wings/crossmember, then it's never going to line up and will be more unsafe.

As it was said fitting just the front bumper will leave a gap under the headlights so big it can trap eagles and other large birds.
