can anyone tell me wot nova a 214 cluster comes out of and a 3.7 diff

You on about the 4speed box with stupidly tall 1st and 2nd? if so its a 1300 astra box IIRC Ive got one in the shed came out of my nova did about 45 in 1st :P

3.74:1 diff was fitted to 1.2 mk1 4 speeds, and gte/gsi 5 speeds, amongst others.

a 2.14 cluster comes out of a Nova GTE\SRI\GSI

They are on about a 2.21 cluster which is a 4sp one which comes out of a MK1 astra.

3.7 CWPS come in loads of F10\F13 boxes, just a case of checking the numbers or notches on the teeth.
