Mine says: Turn right for hard and turn left for soft, hope this helps.

iirc clockwise is harder and so on i might have a spare.

Anti clockwise is soft.
Clockwise is hard

Come on john, it's like anything mate, to do up turn right, to undo turn left! lol i did have one from some old shocks, sod knows ware it is now though.
