sky werent to helpful over the phone as i had no NCB. even though my let corsa was insured fine and been driving 4 and half years without any points or convictions

Will try flux or brentacre then :)

I cant see why it should be any different to the Corsa tbh, however I'm not in the industry so couldnt give an accurate quote, though if it does come out at a silly price, do post it up as I need a good laugh.

shouldnt be much different to the corsa IMO and as said was paying 860 on that

Strange

Why havent you got any ncb if no crashes or acidents considering you had the corsa insured?

changed cars to many times and swapped insurance companies several times

corsa was only on the road for a few months also, before i decided to buy a nova and swap the engines over

i change insurance companies each year that dosent stop them accumalting.

Was just thinking you might have been able to mirror them or similar.

I dont mean every year ben, i generally mean every 3/4 months

therefore having to start a new policy each time :(

nova will only be used for a few shows, occasional sunday and few trackdays so dont need many miles

If you had a corsa let with flux i would just ring them up and tell them you used to be insured with them and you have put that engine into a nova. chances are it will be a very similar quote.

I reckon a Corsa would be slightly cheaper.

I'd also strongly recommend using HIC instead of Flux. Same company (so prices will be the same, if not they'll honour the quote of Flux) but better customer service.

Hic won't match Flux quotes, were over £1k different for me.

Also my Corsa XE costs more to insure than my Nova XE did for some reason.

cheers lee, which were cheaper?

Flux were £590, Hic were £1600+ on the Nova turbo!!!

I've personally not had a problem with flux customer service in the last 3 years, before that it wasn't great.

saying that hic were miles cheaper for me £320 on classic pol fully comp limited milage of 5k flux wanted 900 and something depends on the individual details me thinks

Flux have a very bad reputation when it comes to claiming however.
