I've got some silicone hoses that are covered in oil, whats the best product to use to bring them back to life without stripping them of their shine? Soapy water just doesnt cut through the oil.

i use handcleaner/soap dispenser neat - hoses look like new

Anything with solvent in will take any brand names off them (Samco/Roose etc, it will disolve the ink)

I use to use just normal fairy liquid on a rag.

i use to use wd40 a few years ago seem to rember it working well

lol them or wet hand wipes which are very similar, take of all sorts of rubbish. They cleaned up the wifes interior and steering wheel like noting else, even better then interior cleaning products. lol
But fairy liquid or similar detergent would be best on grease.
