Are coilovers really worth the extra notes then?
I have always used standard type G-max shocks but they don't last long on a valver, infact my front left is shot already after two months (5k) and they feel pretty crap compared with the spax ajustables i had on my GTE which were pretty shitty too.
Can anyone recommend me a good shock for a reasonable price?

?150 for coilovers!? Even at the full price of ?375, i'd say they'd be pretty shit. Maybe better than shocks, but as far as coilovers go, they will be shit.

Save up around ?700 and get some decent one's.

i got the email from pvd about the supersport coilovers and i was tempted at 150 notes but theyve got fixed damping so you cant set the ride up to suit you and they probably wont last very long so i'm gonna save the pennies and get a propper set, maybe spax or avo (cant see the point in spending more than 500 wen i've got 17s cos i'm not gonna see the benefits of the improved handling that the extra cash will get me).
anyone know much about the spax or avo coilovers, which would you spend your money on cos they're both ?500?
