anyone know if it is possible to get the hubs and drums of a nova machined to take a vauxhall 5 stud pattern ?

the front hubs need swapping to 5 stud ones but i can't remember which ones, cos the 4 stud hubs are too small a diameter to be drilled safely, the rears need swapping to cav/cal. 5 stud rear disc setups

you want to retain standard drums on the rear, thats no possible, but you can use rear drums off of something else,

what about fronts no chance of having them machine for the different pattern ?

Nope. The 5x108 and 4x100 PCD patterns interfere with one another.

iirc its Cav V6 ones for the rear, as Callys are different as they have IRS
