Dunno about E Marked, but www.passionmotorsport.co.uk seems to be the cheapest place for them.

Save ?30 on the lenses and spend 70p on a bulb.
do non emarked ones have the reflectors already and its just a matter of buying a red bulb for the fog light

e marked ones come with a red filter over the fog bulb and stick on reflectors
non emarked ones come without either... but will meet standards with a 21w red bulb in the fog...
i have had both- the only difference is the e marked ones dont need a red bulb- there is a colour filter inside.
BOTH will need shitty stick on red reflectors on the rear of the car (-two red reflectors, symmetrically positioned on the rear of the vehicle- to quote the MOT regs.)
And the police WILL pull you for having white reflectors- it took 2 years to get pulled for mine, but it did happen.
Apart from that there is no difference, save the tiny e amrk, which you could always engrave yourself......
save some cash.
