View Full Version : Residue? Glue?
Basically after taking the backseats out i was left with this

Ive used Tar and Glue remover on it, Meths, and also Britain's best cleaner, any ideas??

Maybe a heat gun to soften it and then some of that Tar remover/spirit.

If it's being left bare it won't look great until you give it a coat of paint anyway IMO.

ive got this exact problem atm mate 2b honest i think im jus gonna give the inside a lick of paint... ive tryed same stuff u have and cannot seem to budge it

Combo of heat, white spirit and if not - nitromors.

Best to heat it up first, easier to penetrate the glue that way. Then spirit, t-cut, panel wipe, fuel, tar remover etc

Very good idea, never thought of that :)
Tar and glue remover IMO. Also I agree, it needs painted properly as that coat is thinner than Calissta Flockhart.
