As above would like some opinion on what ecu, loom and injectors to go with my xe engine. Engine has 87mm woosner pistons, steel rods, lightend and balanced crank, acl duraglide bearings, lightend flywheel, head - solid lifters, 1mm oversize valves, double valve sbrings, bronze valve guides, high lift cams, verniers, QED direct to head 45mm throttle bodies, f20 with quaif LSD.

I have been told that for that spec i need high flow injectors and a good ecu to get the most of the modifacations. I have been looking into a MBE 9A4 and loom with 690cc injectors from SBD at a price of 1320 pounds its not cheap but would like to hear what people have used for similer spec engine and what results.

Thanx

ANY decent aftermarket ecu will run your engine. Omex/Dta/Mbe/Emerald

You will probably be ok with a set of standard c20let injectors, worthwhile getting them cleaned before using them if theyve done a few mile

the 'ecu' is only as good as the person mapping it.... so the make is largely irrelevant.

I am using pico (see Jenvey site)

They are what SBD supply in their fancy kit
