are these likely to cause more hassle than there worth fitting them to my nova?

Yep. I don't even know the ET, I just saw 8x16 and lold

You will need them machined down and the arches pulled/flared or a wide arch kit I reckon mate.

They're a right pain. Mate put some on his Corsa C. 8 inches wide and vauxhalls dont really mix, especially at 16" diametre. I'd steer clear unless you fancy some serious body mods :D

They'd fit a saloon or a mor door haha. Thats the beauty, i have et33 60mm drop and can get 4 people in and never rubs

i thought porsche alloys tend to have et50+ offsets, as standard.. but with a 4x100 to 5x110 20 or 25mm adapter youll still be in the realms of a et30 something offset, and as said 8J wide.. youll have to build the car around the wheels lol

there not 5x110 either there 5x130 iirc

or id have a set on the astra coupe :thumb:

Im pretty sure the ET on the D90's is 52

mayhem

depends, the rare 9j's are 56 iirc, and the 6j and 7j is around et50.

you can get away with the 7j version, but you have to do some mods.

adapter plates are 200 euro for 2 from H&R iirc.

Porsche wheels on a Nova will rub & make you drive slowly.

Therefore, pants!

They are not D90's though. They are 928 S8 alloys. Different offset and width? lol havent even looked what mine are!

bumping this up again...

as im now going 5 stud, would they be easier to fit?

or is it still the main thing of the wheels being too wide?

can i get smaller adaptors?

Shaun :)

doesnt matter.

PNG's wheel law states that everything above 6,5j, and under et 47 is illegal.

here on the mainland, we just fit them, and mod the arches.

lol

im not assed about png wheel law lol

dont want to be faffing about with the arches though tbh, although the lips have been rolled on them

hmm tempting

If you dont want to mod the arches then theres no way an 8" wide wheel will fit. I have comps on mine and theres literally 1-2mm gap between the wheel and arch and the wheel and the shock lol

Shaun

what size are your comps lee? 7 wide?

if i got 4 fronts then say 6j wheels it would be fine

L33 LEG

I think so ye. My arches have been rolled and theres seriously no way a wider wheel will fit.

It would be fine with 4 fronts but the appeal of the wheels is that they have a wider stance at the back. As said before, look for some 928 rims or something similar.

Shaun

think most are 8j wide though minimum lol

iirc S4 is 7j, an rare'ish in 8 or even 9j.

C2's are 6,7,8, and rare'ish, 9j.
