Get it up on youtube. Go to:

Start menu > Programs > acesseries > entertainment > sound recorder

also open the volume control and setup the record input to stereo mix.

Press record and hit play on youtube. that will give it to you in .wav :) hope this helps

No worries Mr Hobbit, glad to share the knowledge. If you want to get really techy, aquire a copy of sony sound forge 9.0 and you'll be able to save the sound file as .mp3
