paid for an item that was collection only. i contacted the seller before to confirm that he would wrap up for me. which he said he would. now at the end of auction i paid straight away..... then forgot to organise the courier.... a moth past and i remembered lol i contacted him and said he was going to report me as a problem buyer:confused:
now when i send a message he wont reply? i have all messages from him.:thumb:

any ideas where i stand?

If you've paid whats his problem? Did he try and contact you in this month since paying? Tell him your organising the courier for this time and this day etc etc and if you still get no reply report him for not selling the item to you even though you've paid. If nothing file a dispute with paypal to get your money back:confused: Hope this helps.

IMO file a dispute and get a refund. Simples. He sounds like abit of a numpty. Did you hear from him in the month you forgot you had won it?

cheers for replies. never had any contact. i asked him what the problem was. also told him he was the first person i have heard actually complaine about an item not getting collected even though it was paid for.

Refund ftw but make sure it's not gone past 40 days or you'll not beable too.
