C20XE Valve fitting

I'm going mental here, is there a nack to getting the collets in place? I can always get the first one in but the second is a nightmate. Any suggestions?

you have to position the top bit of the compressor and move ti left and right so there is enough room for the second to go in.

use grease on the end of a screwdriver thats how i got them in.

also maybe compress them a tad more :)

i used a flat screw driver that i magnetized and then dulled, worked perfect.

I use grease and a small falt screw driver, cover the collet in grease the stick it on with the magnetic screw driver

always works well !

i placed the head on a slgiht angle so they kinda fell in to place. then i just moved them around a bit with a small screwdriver. Found this job easier with two people

Head is now sold. lol

At least now I dont have to worry about the fukker anymore.
