You get to the end of the checkout of your online shopping and it says it hasn't gone through so you click it again and still says it hasn't gone through so you check your bank and you've been charged double FFS!!!

Not what i need a few week before christmas!!!

Never ever press back while at the checkout page of online stores, alot of the time it will resend the data and it does tell you this, or it does for me using Firefox.

^tis true, it can resend data.

Just call up the websites helpline and contact your bank to get the whole thing refunded and cancelled.

Ring the site up and tell them that the payment has gone through, ask them to tell you if they have receieved the payment for them to send out the items otherwise you will be waiting for nothing.

On their website their isn't an actual customer helpline other than if your a river island card member which i'm not and the other numbers i found they just rang out.

I've re emailed the customer support with the transaction code and if it's not in my bank or the goods aint at my house in 7 days the bank will get my money back.
