Does anyone know who are the best company to insure with for a 17yr old bloke on a 1.2 Nova with a clean license.
I rang CIS for my mate (17 yr old) and they want ?1113 tpft or ?1014 TP. !!!!
The fucking cars only worth about ?400 !!!
I thought CIS were good for small engines like 1.2 but obviously not.
Who are best for young drivers i.e 17 !!!!
Cheers

Shit!! I was 17 when I got my 1.3SR (Alex Williams's 1.3SR) and I was paying ?1013 TPFT, now I'm 18 and I renew my insurance 2moz which is ?909 TPFT! What reg is your Nova coz I got ?60 off just because it was a 1988 E-REG instead of a 1989 E-REG!

try the aa, but they hate body mods and engone mods, seem to get me a good deal, go under your dads/mothers name (the more older drivers you have the cheaper it gets - well it did for me).
On my pug at the moment, i will be getting fully comp for ?1500 from CIS cos they dont care bout body mods. So if you plan to mod it heavily go with CIS as they dont really care bout body mods.
Anyways, try mansfield insurance services they sposeidly quite cheap. (a MK2 fiest lost control and went through their window when it took a chicane too fast - lol)
cheers
