Starting with ive wanted an Astra vxr for about a year now lol This is my day so far.
8.15 Headed down to my garage across from my house (was suppost to be at work for 8.00am :eek:)
Was driving out the carpark and noticed a brand new red Astra vxr racing edition parked across from my garage. so naturally i slowed to admire it. Cars like that never part in my area for reason you can just imagine
2.00pm was just leaving the yard to go and pick up some lunch from tesco when i bumped into my workmate. He asked if i had stolen a red vxr this morning as i love them so much, we both laughed at my expence.
I asked him how he knew this? He said that one of the receptionists had put it on a local forum telling people to look out for it.
So i said i knew where it was lol again he laughed.
2.15pm I called the girlfriend and asked he to go down to my garage and get the number plate of the vxr on the way. She calls 5 minutes later and gives me the details.
So i phone vauxhall and tttaaaaadaaaaaa.............. it was stolen this moring at 8am.
2.45pm I meet the general manager and the vxr salesman and take them to the scene.
As a reward he says they will sell me an Astra vxr at the cost they take them in for :roll: I have just found a 24k car for them and thats it! So i have his details and im going to go up to vauxhall at the weekend and really push for an amazing deal.
Dont know whats worse though? The reward.......... or the fact i have now been rumbled for being late for work lol
