To relocate the nova mk1 fuse box to the where the ash tray is, do you need to do any rewiring or will the loom reach?

Thanks

Loom wont reach, better to leave it where it is unless your making a whole new loom up.

Ha ha. Sorry nope just a new triangular centre console from the floor to the dash, with switches and all the main fuses in.

Do you think if i get hold of a new fuse box out of a scrapped car, cut all the wires back as far as i can then transfer all the wiring from the back of mine to it, it would reach, so in basically double the length of wiring.

I would do as said above, go to tweaks, get a 15 space fuse holder, and fit this, then run all the wires through it!

Will take hours and hours to do though:(

HAHAHAHA

Like 20 hours? lol

Just crack on with it, make sure you do it one wire at a time, and use the correct amp fuses, also, lable them, as theres nothing worse than fault finding with no labels!

You would be better off working out lenghs and doing it somwhere other than sat in the nova, you will need to totaly pull apart the loom from all around the fusebox.

Last time i done it i made a whole new loom, ok it wasnt a nova but a mazda.

Depends how neat you want it, as its impossible to get it neat, without doing it on the joblol

String FTW. I lengthened my Nissan one in the garden/garage/lock up/living room. Everywhere but the car. lol
