Would this fit perfectly onto a 1.2spi mk2, does any of ashleys backbox's/systems fit onto that model because they all state parts for the cough cough better models;)

Oh, the back box that's on Sharon's Nova is a mk1 Ashley, and he had a "dressing" on one corn cause it would hit the mk2 well on nova it was first bought for..

so in which case which is the better brand do you think ashley or sportex, so if i bought the ashley back box which was made for the gsi, it will go onto my mk2 1.2spi no problems.

Yes. Sportex and ashley are pretty much identical. Although my ashley exhausts have always fitted better than sportex.
