1. Fillament could be burning out?

2. Check internal resistance of the lamp, this could be due to incoprrect wattage of lamp??

The bulb Holder will have internal contact points in them. In older cars, these are Prone to failing.

Had this problem on my XR2. The Conacts inside the holder had corroded, so no amount of testing the supplies and changing bulbs would help.

Not enough information to answer the question.

By "The electrical supply and earth connection have been checked and found to be in good other" (assuming you mean "order" lol) does that mean the voltage is correct or just that the wires are good and unbroken? Or the contacts are Ok?

I would check:
1. Bulb condition
2. Bulb contacts
3. Wires are intact and not broken/damaged/shorted
4. Voltage on bulb contacts
5. Voltage on battery
6. Earths
7. Fuse and dim/dip relay

...so take your pick from those.

Although, if its a modern car, just plug it into a computer and see what that tells you lol

Reflectors inside broken?

24v lamp?

Relay dropping voltage?

Ask the examiners for a propper ****ing question?

Contactors gone?

Lamps inserted reverse?

Get a hid kit, or fit an xe?
